FAQ's
Wear fitted workout clothes. Think bike shorts and sports bra.
Loose clothing doesn't work well on the rollers, and the more skin exposed, the better for the infrared light.
Socks are required.It can feel a little intense at first, especially in tighter areas.
But it shouldn’t feel painful. You control the pace the entire time.
Most people leave feeling lighter, not wrecked.
Each session is 50 minutes.
You’ll move every few minutes from one area to the next, giving your body time to actually respond.
No—and that’s kind of the point.
