Move through a guided sequence as rotating wooden drums apply rhythmic pressure from your feet and legs to your glutes, waist, back and arms. You control the position, speed and intensity—supporting natural lymphatic movement, circulation, muscle relaxation and recovery.
Built-in infrared works alongside the movement to warm the tissue, while red LED light is designed to support natural collagen production and improve the appearance of elasticity, texture and tone over time.
No workout. No hands-on massage. Just pressure, movement, warmth and light working together.

The main studio is the heart of the House - roll alongside friends, come solo, put your headphones in, or make new friends while you're here.
Your 50 minutes might be over, but you don't have to rush out. Grab some tea, answer an email , catch up with a friend, or just hang for a minute. The Living Room is yours to enjoy.
